In addition, we ensure the following features during the flat construction or development of colonies:
- Having proper entitlement to the land on which we build
- Having the building plans be approved by appropriate authorities
- Following the duly approved plans
- Having credentials to complete the project in time
- Ensuring solid construction by involving a proper water-cement ratio in the construction.
- Ensuring that the building byelaws as applicable in that area and there is no violation of front setback, side setbacks, height, etc.
- Ensuring that urban land ceiling NOC (if applicable) has been obtained
- Acquiring NOC from water and electricity authorities
- Acquiring NOC from water and electricity authorities
- Following mandatory provisions for wet waste disposal
